Current Pricing (through July 31):
$10 per class or 20 classes for $150

Beginning August 1:
Fitness classes will be $15 per class or $240 for a 20-class package.

Class Descriptions


Water Aerobics (Summer Only)
A refreshing, low-impact workout designed to improve cardiovascular fitness, strength, and flexibility while being gentle on the joints. Using the natural resistance of the water, participants can enjoy a fun and effective full-body workout suitable for a variety of fitness levels.


Sculpt Yoga 
A strength-focused yoga class that blends traditional poses with light weights and controlled movements to build lean muscle, improve balance, and increase endurance. This class offers a mindful yet energizing workout suitable for a variety of fitness levels.


Spinning
An energizing indoor cycling class designed to build endurance, strength, and confidence on the bike. Ride through varied terrain, intervals, and climbs at your own pace, making this class suitable for both beginners and experienced riders. Expect great music, motivating instruction, and a workout that meets you where you are.
Water and a towel recommended.


Cardio Weights
A dynamic, full-body workout that blends cardiovascular intervals with strength training. This class is designed to improve endurance, tone muscles, and keep your heart rate up through a mix of functional movements and light to moderate weights. A great option for those looking for an efficient, high-energy workout.


Senior Fit
A thoughtfully designed class focused on improving strength, balance, flexibility, and cardiovascular health. Exercises are low-impact and fully modifiable, making this class ideal for maintaining mobility, independence, and overall wellness in a supportive and welcoming environment.


Yoga
A gentle, breath-focused yoga class that emphasizes mindful movement, flexibility, and relaxation. Poses are linked slowly and intentionally, allowing time to build strength, release tension, and improve mobility. Suitable for all levels, this class offers a calming space to unwind and reconnect with your body.
