Training and Classes

Worthington Hills Country Club features a state-of-the-art Fitness Center with all of the latest cardio and strength equipment.  We are a full-range gym with trainers and group exercise classes, but you can comfortably workout without the crowded equipment and noisiness of your typical health club.

We currently have four personal trainers on staff to meet your fitness needs.  All of our trainers are certified and can work with any schedule to create the best fitness plan for you.

  • We have both male and female trainers to make sure you are completely comfortable with your trainer.
  • Packages of training sessions are broken down into thirty-minute and one-hour sessions to fit your schedule.
  • Trainers can also help you if you have had physical therapy and need to continue working out to get back into shape.

Along with our trainers, we offer a variety of group exercise classes.

  • Classes begin at 6am on some days and run until 8:30pm
  • We offer the indoor cycling class of Spinning; various strength and core classes; and Cardio Pump-just to name a few.
  • Some of our classes are included in membership fees, while those that require more instructor certification are fee-based.
